Doulton Lodge
Doulton Lodge Independent Hospital provides high quality care, treatment and rehabilitation for 27 male patients who are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 in the quiet village of Anwick near Sleaford.
Social Worker
We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the multidisciplinary team at Doulton Lodge. They will be responsible for assessing the social care needs of male patients with a learning disability and complex mental health needs, they will design, arrange and develop social care elements of individual care programmes and to monitor these in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
Closing date is 30th April 2010.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Rate of pay: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience

Support Services Manager
We are looking for a Support Services Manager. This role will involve line management of the administration/secretarial team (including patient monies) and all ancillary and support service departments. You will also be responsible for payroll, human resource processes and recruitment. You will be answerable to the Hospital Manager and be a member of the Senior Management Team
The successful applicant will have previous experience of this or similar role within a hospital setting (or comparable) and have the drive and enthusiasm to meet the challenges of this exciting position.
