New Developments
Battersea Bridge House - Finishing touches to Inmind’s new low secure unit at Battersea Bridge are underway. It is due to open in October 2009. A special preview of the Hospital and its facilities is being held on the 4th, 5th and 6th August. Waterloo Manor Redevelopment – Planning has been approved and the proposed building works will go out to tender shortly. We expect it to take approximately eighteen months to complete the new purpose built low secure hospital which will provide 31 beds and to refurbish the existing building to provide approximately 20 step-down rehabilitation beds.
Doulton Lodge – A planning application has been submitted to provide a further 6 low secure beds and to develop 8 step-down rehabilitation beds.
Chazey Court in Reading – Building work is underway to provide 80 beds for older people. The care centre will be split into small units and will provide nursing care for older people with mental ill health and dementia.
